Summary

Andersen, an international IT сompany, invites a Business Analyst to work on a German FinTech project.

The customer is a world leader in insurance and B2B2C support, which offers global solutions that span international health and life insurance, travel insurance, cars, and their service.

The project is a solution to increasing B2B2C requests generating IT complexity through the existing services. Developing an independent service portal hosted within the AZ to provide partner-branded services: product-agnostic frame to which the different products can be latched depending on the case; different integration options (web components, forms etc.) can be offered.

Responsibilities

  • Managing backlog.
  • Planning & controlling analysis activities.
  • Managing user & functional requirements.
  • Managing integration and architecture requirements.
  • Managing API requirements.
  • Communicating requirements to the team.
  • Managing UI mockups and label translations.
  • Performing user acceptance testing.
  • Making project presentations.
  • Participating in team meetings.

Requirements

  • Commercial experience as a Business Analyst for 3+ years.
  • Experience in developing software requirements documentation.
  • Sound knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques, and requirements management.
  • Strong analytical skills to critically evaluate information from multiple sources.
  • Proactive approach, and agility in response to changing stakeholders, conditions, circumstances, and feedback.
  • Experience in Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
  • Experience in managing prioritizing backlog and decomposing and prioritizing tasks.
  • Experience in writing API requirements. Ability to test API requests.
  • Experience in modeling business processes (BPMN, UML).
  • Knowledge of requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Level of English – Upper-Intermediate or above.
