Summary

The IT company Andersen invites a 1С Developer (Colvir) to work on a project in the field of FinTech.

The customer is a Kyrgyzstan Bank which holds a license to provide services for deposits, lending, foreign exchange operations, and securities transactions. It is a successful bank in the realm of delivering banking (financial) services to individuals, organizations, and both state and non-state institutions.

The project is the unification and maintenance of a uniform approach to personnel accounting and payroll, as well as decommissioning of the "Personnel" module in ABS Colvir.

Responsibilities

  • Developing, customizing and refining 1C configurations in terms of personnel accounting and accounting of administrative and economic activities.
  • Preparing and performing data migration from the "Personnel" module in the ABS Colvir to 1C.
  • Ensuring data integrity and minimizing risks of losses during migration.
  • Automating the processes of personnel accounting and payroll calculation in 1C.
  • Developing and implementing new modules and functions aimed at improving the efficiency and accuracy of accounting.
  • Analyzing current accounting processes and their optimization within the framework of the new 1C configuration.
  • Creating and customizing appropriate modules in 1C for personnel accounting and payroll.
  • Implementing and customizing reporting required for data monitoring and analysis.
  • Ensuring a unified standard of HR and payroll accounting in different divisions.
  • Ensuring compliance with corporate standards and legislative requirements.
  • Testing and validating the operation of the new system after migration.

Requirements

  • Experience of working with 1C for 3+ years.
  • Experience in 1C: HR Management for 1+ year.
  • Experience of working in 1C: Administrative activity of bank for 1+ year.
  • Experience in data migration between systems, preferably from Colvir to 1C.
  • Ability to analyze current accounting processes and propose optimizations.
  • Skills in creating and customizing reports for data monitoring and analysis.

Desired skills

  • Experience in banking, FinTech.
  • Experience with Colvir.
