Business Analyst

Summary

The IT company Andersen invites an experienced Business Analyst to join its team for working with a company from Kazakhstan.

The customer is a leader in the life insurance market in Kazakhstan, providing innovative products and services. The company offers a wide range of life insurance programs tailored to each client. It has received high ratings from S&P Global Ratings and has been repeatedly recognized as an industry leader.

The project is to work on the EDM (Electronic Document Management) cabinet and improve the insurance agent's web portal.

Responsibilities

• Researching and analyzing business process and system requirements (including internal regulatory documentation).
• Systematizing information and creating documentation, including requirements, function and interface specifications.
• Describing and modeling business processes using BPMN and UML diagrams.
• Working with developers, testers, project managers to ensure that developed solutions meet initial requirements.
• Working with designers, stakeholders, users on UI interfaces.
• Submitting and discussing requirements and solutions with clients and the team.
• Performing acceptance testing.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst for 3+ years.
• Experience in developing and coordinating requirements/specifications for software development/refinement (User Story, Use Case, ToR).
• Knowledge of systems design and process modeling methodologies (BPMN, UML).
• Ability to analyze complex high-volume data and processes, identify problems and propose solutions.
• Understanding of the basics of programming, databases, systems and technologies used in IT.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
• Ability to create clear and understandable documentation and present information to an audience.
• Proficiency in Confluence, Miro, Figma, Excel, SQL (at an introductory level).
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
