Scoring Specialist

The IT company Andersen is looking for an initiative Scoring Specialist to become part of our team.

Responsibilities

• Participating in the process of assessing the quality control of IT projects following the standards/rules of the company from all sides: management, team, and process setup.
• Collecting (interviewing) and analyzing data on the state of the company's projects, construction, and compliance with processes on projects (350+ projects).
• Preparing reports on the work done.
• Creating an approach to solving problems.

Requirements

• Experience as Auditor/Project Manager/Software Engineer/QA for 6+ months.
• Understanding of the technical component and SDLC.
• Self-confidence, ability to argue your point of view, communication skills, persistence, responsibility.
• Analytical mindset.
• Multitasking and stress resistance.
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
