Microsoft Power Platform Developer

Summary

Andersen, an international IT company, invites a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to work on a large-scale project in the field of Banking.

The customer is the leading financial services provider in North Europe. It provides a comprehensive range of services including retail banking, commercial banking, investment services, and wealth management. The bank serves its clients via a national network of 44 branches. It also offers Internet banking, mobile banking and telephone banking.

The project is the transformation of the bank itself, where the key aspect is the configuration of internal processes and infrastructure. The new candidate will have the opportunity to design, build, deploy, debug, and support Microsoft Power Platform applications.

Technology stack: Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform, .NET, C#, JavaScript, Microsoft Dataverse, Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Translating business requirements into well-architected solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Developing software solutions and interfaces leveraging Microsoft Power Platform.
• Producing detailed technical documentation.
• Supporting applications during office hours, as well as participating in the after-hours support roster.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field.
• Experience building applications on Power Platform using both Canvas and Model Driven frameworks for 3+ years.
• Experience in .NET (C#) and JavaScript.
• SQL knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Dataverse.
• Understanding of security within Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform applications.
• Working experience of Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and formulate recommendations.
• Good time management and analytical skills.
• Detail oriented and committed to precision.
• High responsibility, ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• Ability and willingness to be on call on a 24x7 basis.
• Ability to effectively liaise with end users, to gather business requirements to build solutions, and understand problems.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Desired skills

• Experience in the banking/financial services industry and being in possession of Power Platform certification.
