Web OS Developer

Summary

Andersen, an international IT-company, invites an experienced Web OS Developer to work on a large-scale project in the field of Media & Telecom.

The customer is an innovative multimedia platform that transcends traditional online cinema. It offers a unique blend of high-quality content, including movies, series, educational programs, and cloud gaming, all accessible through a subscription model.

The project is the development of an online cinema platform. Currently, an application for Android devices has been successfully completed. The next phase requires the development of a similar application tailored for LG televisions.

Responsibilities

• Developing a client application for a streaming platform for LG TVs.
• Writing Unit, UI and integration tests.
• Managing subscriptions in mobile applications.
• Writing custom elements.
• Configuring and managing CI/CD processes in GitLab.
• Debugging and bug fixing.

Requirements

• Experience with HTML5/JavaScript for 2+ years.
• Experience in developing applications for TVs.
• Experience with media players and media platforms.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Desired skills

• Domain knowledge.
• Experience in developing applications for TVs using Tizen OS and/or Web OS technologies.
• Experience in application development from scratch to publication in App Store/Google Play.
