Full Stack QA Engineer (JavaScript)

Summary

Andersen, an international IT сompany, invites a Full Stack QA Engineer (JavaScript) to work on a large-scale project for one of our Austrian customers.

The customer is a global leader in refractory products, systems, and solutions, essential for high-temperature industrial processes. Serving industries such as steel, cement, non-ferrous metals, and glass, the company operates with a vertically integrated value chain, from raw materials to full performance-based solutions. The company is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 index.

The project is web applications for clients, focusing on developing and customizing software to accompany various orders.

Technology stack on the project: .NET Core, React, TypeScript, Cypress, Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Planning, designing, implementation, deployment, and maintenance of manual and automated tests.
• Acceptance testing (manual) of web backend and frontend.
• Writing E2E-tests (Cypress).
• Working as a regular team member, i.e. participate in dailies, refinements, planning, retros.
• Testing of pull requests (mostly manual acceptance testing).
• Driving the automation project forward (frontend automation with Cypress).

Requirements

• Experience in the IT field for 3,5+ years.
• Relevant experience in quality assurance including planning, design, implementation, deployment, and maintenance of manual and automated tests.
• Experience in E2E-tests (Cypress).
• Experience in acceptance testing (manual) for both web backend and frontend.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Desired skills

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps.
