The IT company Andersen is looking for an energetic Marketing/Event Manager to join its team and make a significant contribution to the development of the marketing strategy.

Your work will be focused on strengthening the company's brand, creating marketing strategies to attract customers and ensuring effective promotion of our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Organizing business events.
- Analyzing the effectiveness of events and making decisions regarding sponsorship.
- Coordinating advertising, informational, and technical aspects of event management.
- Working with various communication channels and social media advertising to attract external and internal event attendees.
- Developing and launching advertising campaigns.
- Participating in PR projects.
- Monitoring current marketing trends.
Requirements
- Experience in marketing for 2+ years.
- Experience in organizing and conducting events (experience in organizing exhibitions is an advantage).
- Experience in managing the full cycle of advertising projects.
- High level of self-organization and ability to work independently.
- Confidence, excellent communication skills, responsibility, and stress resistance.
- Level of English – from Intermediate and above.

- Experience in the IT sector.
