Andersen, an international IT company, invites a Product Designer to work on a large-scale project for one of our UAE customers.
The customer is a modern and easy-to-use accounting and e-invoicing solution for business owners and accountants that helps to send invoices, quotes, and purchase orders, manage inventory and payroll, and generate over 30 financial reports.
The project aims to develop an MVP iOS app for an accounting and e-invoicing solution, enhancing business management by allowing users to send invoices, purchase orders, manage inventory and payroll, and generate financial reports. The iOS app will mirror the web version’s functionality, providing a seamless user experience. Designs will be provided, and the app will be developed end-to-end until it is published on the App Store.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualizing and creating user-centric designs for mobile and web applications that are visually appealing, intuitive, and functional.
- Conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on designs effectively.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define product requirements, user flows, and feature specifications.
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and concepts effectively.
- Working closely with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency across platforms.
- Staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliverables.
- Contributing to design system development, maintaining design assets, and adhering to brand guidelines.
- Participating in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and providing constructive feedback to peers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree – or equivalent experience – in design, computer science or a related field.
- Experience in product design or UX design role for 3+ years.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Experience in building / maintaining and working with design systems.
- Familiar with creating end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Excellent analytical skills, conducting research with experience in data-driven design methodologies.
- Solving complex design problem skills.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
