Chief Accountant

The international IT company Andersen invites an experienced Chief Accountant to join our team for long-term cooperation.

Responsibilities

• Controlling financial and tax accounting.
• Maintaining the accounting for fixed assets and intangible assets.
• Controlling materials accounting.
• Controlling and maintaining cost accounting.
• Controlling bank transactions, including the creation of payments and statements.
• Controlling settlements with suppliers and customers, including reconciliation.
• Accounting for VAT and corporate income tax.
• Maintaining accounting for revenue.
• Controlling payroll accounting (approximately 700 employees), including tax calculations and deductions.
• Controlling settlements with accountable persons.
• Preparing tax and statistical reports, as well as reports to the bank on the credit line.
• Analyzing contracts for accounting and tax implications.
• Contributing to the development of internal regulations of the organization.
• Collaborating with tax authorities and other government agencies.

Requirements

• University degree in the field of accounting, analysis, or audit.
• Experience as a Chief Accountant for 3+ years.
• Knowledge of international economic activity.
• Experience in the IT sphere.
• Ability to work with large amounts of information.
• Proficienсy in using PC programs like 1C 8, 1С:Payroll and HR Management 8, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail, proactive approach, strong communication skills, ability to handle stress, and commitment to the company's work.
• Knowledge of accounting and tax legislation.
• Experience in tax optimization for a company.
• Experience in passing tax and other inspections, as well as audits.
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
