The IT company Andersen is looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to join its team and make a significant contribution to the development of the marketing strategy.

Your work will be focused on strengthening the company's brand, creating marketing strategies to attract customers and ensuring effective promotion of our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote CRM development services, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce solutions.
- Aligning marketing initiatives with sales objectives to drive business growth.
- Coordinating with design, sales, content, and lead generation teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Organizing webinars, workshops, and industry events to showcase our CRM expertise.
- Monitoring and analyzing lead generation metrics across various channels.
- Providing regular reports on campaign performance.
- Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Allocating and managing the marketing budget effectively.
- Developing together with the Content Department compelling content for newsletters, social media, events, and other marketing channels.
- Developing our partnership programs.
- Assisting the broader marketing department with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Marketing experience, preferably within the B2B IT sector, for 2+ years.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
- Analytical skills with attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
- Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
Desired skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem or experience with other CRM platforms.
- Experience in organizing online events and webinars.
