Summary

The IT сompany Andersen invites a Backend Developer (Node.js) to work on a large-scale project in the field of Healthcare.

The customer is a UAE-based health tech company that provides secure, user-friendly access to expert therapists and mental health support for teens and adults. The company offers personalized and affordable mental health care for various issues, such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, and more. It provides self-care tools, such as mood tracker, journal, and meditation.

The project is the development of a digital platform that connects users with licensed therapists and counselors via text messaging or video consultation.

Technology stack on the project: Node.js (18), Express.js, AWS SDK, Joi, Inversify, Sequelize, Umzug, Multer, Swagger JS, PostgreSQL, Docker, Swagger, CloudWatch.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Backend Developer (Node.js) for 3+ years.
  • Proficient in Node.js, Express.js, AWS SDK, Joi, Inversify, Sequelize, Umzug, Multer, Swagger JS, and other web technologies.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and services, such as CloudFront, Load Balancer, EC2, Serverless, CloudWatch, ElasticSearch, etc.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL database and S3 object storage.
  • Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
  • Experience with auto-scaling and load-balancing solutions.
  • Experience with Swagger and other API documentation and testing tools.
  • Experience with CloudWatch and other monitoring and debugging tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Desired skills

  • Experience regarding implementing data compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR, UAE's PDPL).
