The IT company Andersen is looking for an SEO/Content Marketing Manager. Our team needs a cool and creative person who will act as a generator of interesting thoughts.

  • Managing the site blog and transferring TORs to copywriters.
  • Working with site analysts and timely optimisation of the pages assigned by them.
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of the site and managing the team.
  • Auditing the site and developing a strategy for the future in order to increase the number of leads.
  • Understanding the business side of the company in order to prioritize.
  • Finding new solutions to improve performance.


  • Experience in SEO (internal, external and technical) for 3+ years.
  • Proficiency in Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog tools.
  • Ability to analyze and report on processes and results.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate or above.

Desired skills

  • Knowledge of the German language.
  • Ability to work with content in different styles: news, for social networks – for further integration with the site.
  • Ability to work with Google Ads (drafting advertising texts and customisation).
