The IT company Andersen invites a Technical Support L1 with German and English to work on a large-scale project for one of our UK customers.

The customer is a leading company in the management of a network of pubs and restaurants in the UK, providing a wide choice of eating and drinking-out experiences through its well-known brands and delivering great service, quality, and value for money to its guests. Founded in 1898, the company owns over 1,700 establishments and is one of the largest operators in its sector.

The task is providing technical support for employees of a large network of restaurants and pubs in Germany. This involves delivering technical assistance to staff members primarily in German, and possibly in English. The role includes resolving various technical issues as they arise.


  • Offering first-line support for technical problems, including hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assisting with troubleshooting and providing solutions or escalating issues to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Ensuring timely and effective resolution of support requests to maintain smooth business operations.


  • Familiarity with computer systems, mobile devices, software applications, and common troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ability to logically diagnose issues based on available information and provide effective solutions.
  • Capacity to make quick and effective decisions under pressure.
  • Open to continuous learning and upgrading skills, including staying updated with the latest technology trends and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Level of German – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
  • Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
