The IT company Andersen is currently in search of a SAP Business Director.

Andersen is an international Pre-IPO software development company. We provide end-to-end services and have been delivering effective digital solutions to clients worldwide for over 17 years in various sectors such as FinTech, HealthCare, Logistics, and Media & Entertainment. We take pride in serving clients located in North America, Western Europe, Israel, Australia, the UAE, and South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing the SAP department, ensuring its effective operation and achievement of set goals.
• Participating in presales, including preparing and conducting presentations for potential clients.
• Managing a team of consultants, coordinating their work, and developing their professional skills.
• Developing and implementing strategies to optimize business processes using SAP solutions.
• Interacting with clients to understand their needs and provide suggestions for improving their business processes.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in a managerial position in the SAP field.
• Possession of SAP consultant certifications.
• Successful experience in presales and project implementation.
• Excellent people management and team development skills.
• High level of communication skills and ability to work with clients.
• Level of English - from Upper-Intermediate and above.
