The IT company Andersen invites an experienced QA Automation Engineer (C#) to work on a project for our USA partner.
The customer provides a senior living operating system created to meet the industry’s most complex challenges – in a single software platform. The company serves sales, operations, and clinical teams in more than 5,700 communities across the senior living, post-acute, and home care sectors.
The project focuses on developing a comprehensive software platform tailored to the needs of senior living communities. Formed through the merger of three industry-leading companies, this solution integrates critical workflows across sales, marketing, operations, leasing, billing, and resident care into a single suite.
Responsibilities
- Setting up and maintaining an automated testing framework for senior living software solutions (payment, CRM, care systems).
- Developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts using C# to ensure high-quality releases.
- Integrating automated tests with Allure for reporting and Fiddler for network traffic inspection.
- Collaborating with the development team to optimize workflows in Scrum and Agile environments.
- Continuously enhancing test processes, identifying areas for automation to improve efficiency.
- Actively participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automation testing, with a focus on C#.
- Proficiency in test automation tools, including Allure and Fiddler.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience setting up automation frameworks from scratch.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Professional approach to optimizing development and testing workflows.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
