The IT company Andersen invites a DevOps Engineer (Azure) in India to join its team for working with a company from UAE.
The customer is a government entity that manages public affairs and oversees various corporate and philanthropic projects. The company is embarking on a transformative digital journey to enhance its operational efficiency and customer experiences.
The project focuses on digital transformation in the UAE to develop and support digital solutions, enhance social services, strengthen public engagement, advance international relations, and optimize administrative processes.
Technology stack: Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, GitLab, Azure DevOps, SonarQube, CI/CD, Microservices, Distributed Architecture, Automation Tools, Cloud Management Tools.
Responsibilities
- Managing large projects or smaller engagements independently using your business and technical skills.
- Delivering best practices recommendations and highly technical implementations with cross-product integrations based on customer needs.
- Contributing expertise on information system options, risk, and operational impact.
- Ensuring smooth software deployment by writing script updates and running diagnostics.
- Installing and configuring software, gathering test-stage data, and performing debugging.
Requirements
- Experience as a System Engineer (DevOps) for 3+ years.
- Hands-on experience with software deployment and orchestration technologies e.g., Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with continuous services like GitLab.
- Work experience with Azure DevOps.
- Deep understanding of microservices and distributed architecture.
- Ability to work in a DevOps mindset by following CI/CD principles.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code with Terraform.
- Experience in SonarQube integration for static code analysis.
- Experience working with Automation tools, Cloud management tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate core concepts to executives, IT management, and developers.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
