The IT company Andersen invites an experienced person to fill the position of UX Researcher to work on a large-scale project in the field of Information Technology and Services.
The customer is an international passenger and cargo transportation service. It is among the top 3 mobile services for ordering rides in the world: 150 million installations, 1 billion trips, 600+ cities in 45 countries.
The project is focused on creating a service that motivates drivers and passengers to complete journeys.
Responsibilities
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative user research to understand customer behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Planning and executing usability testing, interviews, surveys, and focus groups.
- Gathering and analyzing feedback from various sources, including user behavior analytics and support tickets.
- Defining research objectives and methodologies based on project goals.
- Collaborating with product managers, designers, and developers to align research with business needs.
- Prioritizing research activities to support product and design decisions effectively.
- Synthesizing research findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Creating detailed reports, presentations, and visual summaries to communicate results.
- Identifying usability issues and suggesting improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Working closely with UX/UI designers, product teams, and developers to ensure a user-centered approach.
- Advocating for users' needs and ensuring research findings influence product decisions.
- Presenting research findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
- Staying updated on industry trends, UX best practices, and research methodologies.
- Experimenting with new tools and techniques to improve research efficiency.
- Contributing to the development of UX research frameworks and processes within the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience conducting user research in a professional setting for 3+ years.
- Strong proficiency in research methods such as usability testing, surveys, interviews, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex research findings to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and working closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, developers).
- Experience with user behavior analytics tools and customer feedback platforms. Knowledge of the latest UX research trends, best practices, and tools.
- Ability to synthesize large volumes of data into actionable insights for product and design improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating user-centered solutions.
- Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
