Andersen, an international IT company, invites an experienced System Analyst to work on a large-scale Fintech project for one of our Kazah partners.

The customer is a unique financial institution that boldly leads the banking industry to new horizons. It is represented by 18 branches and 31 offices in 18 cities of Kazakhstan.

The project is to develop the security system and its integration into banking systems at all levels.


  • Conducting an analysis of requirements for the modification of online systems and applications prepared by the initiator.
  • Developing technical documentation (technical assignment, technical specification, functional specification, A4) for the task.
  • Developing an architectural solution (a document concluding the planning and agreement stage of IT changes) and participating in the architectural committee.
  • Performing maintenance work on online systems and applications, participating in the resolution of incidents and problems in the production environment.
  • Participating in software testing.
  • Providing consultative assistance to bank employees on the operation of online systems within one's area of expertise.
  • Studying new development technologies, applying best practices in the products being developed.
  • Transferring knowledge and recommendations to the department's staff.


  • Experience as a System Analyst for 2+ years.
  • Business and system analysis skills for building IT solutions.
  • Experience in FinTech.
  • Experience in participating in integration projects as a lead analyst/developer.
  • Experience in developing and agreeing upon requirements/specifications for software development/modification (User Story, Use Case, Technical Specifications).
  • Experience in estimating analysis timelines based on business requirements.
  • Knowledge of system design methodologies and process modeling (BPMN, UML).
  • Knowledge of methods and approaches to system integration (via SOAP/REST web services, through queues like RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience in database design.
  • Understanding of general principles of optimal software architecture.
  • Basic knowledge of modern software development approaches – Agile, Waterfall.
  • Basic knowledge of the main artifacts and concepts of system analysis and systems theory.
  • Analytical mindset and developed communication skills.
  • Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
