The IT company Andersen invites a KPI Specialist to join its team.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a provision on bonus payments to managers for meeting KPIs.
  • Developing KPIs by subdivisions and positions.
  • Gathering and consolidation of KPIs, accounting for the fulfillment of indicators.
  • Administering the KPI accounting system.
  • Monitoring the fulfillment of key indicators in order to improve employee performance.
  • Improving the existing KPI systems in the company.

Requirements

  • Higher education.
  • Experience in finance for 3+ years.
  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment and with a large amount of information.
  • Ability to argue one's position.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail.
  • Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
