Andersen, an international IT company, invites a Lead DevOps Engineer (On-premise) to work on a large-scale project in the field of Fintech.

The customer is a leading company in the mobile payments sector in Uzbekistan, offering a wide range of financial services. Established in 2011, the company aims to make financial relations between people and organizations as simple, secure, and reliable as possible.

The project is a mobile banking system that allows users to make payments from their mobile phones for the services of mobile operators, Internet providers and other companies, transfer funds from card to card, and much more.

Technology stack on the project: Apache, Docker, OpenShift/K8S, Terraform/Ansible, OpenSearch/ELK, Hadoop, MLflow, MS SQL/PostgreSQL/ClickHouse, Helm, SonarCube, CDP, Gitlab, CI/CD.


  • Leading the customer's DevOps team.
  • Building CI/CD processes (emphasis CDP/CDl) in conjunction with Lead QA.
  • Assisting in the deployment of microservices.
  • Evaluating process maturity and technology stack.
  • Decomposing the CD process deployment task.
  • Designing SSDLC and CI/CD process target model sketches.
  • Calculating assessments and defense.


  • Experience as a System Engineer (DevOps) for 5-7+ years.
  • Experience with on-premise solutions and local infrastructure.
  • System administration skills.
  • Experience with Apache products.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, OpenShift/Kubernetes).
  • Skills with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Terragrant).
  • Experience with search and analytics systems (OpenSearch/ELK).
  • Knowledge and experience with big data systems (Hadoop).
  • Experience with MLflow.
  • Strong knowledge of MS SQL, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse.
  • Experience in building CI/CD processes.
  • Experience with microservices.
  • Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
