As an Event Administrator, you will be responsible for the entire cycle of planning, coordination, and execution of events.

Responsibilities

  • Handling administrative tasks related to community events and meetings.
  • Coordinating catering services for community events.
  • Preparing and setting up the location for meetings, workshops, and other events.
  • Ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are available and functional.
  • Managing registration processes for events and maintaining attendance records.
  • Assisting in creating and distributing event invitations or announcements.
  • Providing logistical support during community gatherings.
  • Handling documentation and record-keeping for the community.
  • Assisting in managing communication platforms and databases.
  • Supporting the Community Manager and Coordinators in their administrative needs.

Requirements

  • Event organization experience for 2+ years.
  • Experience in organizing and conducting both offline and online events.
  • Excellent communication skills and competent written and oral speech.
  • Ready to work in multitasking mode, high level of stress tolerance.
  • Level of English - from Pre-Intermediate and above.
