System Analyst (Almaty)

Summary

The IT сompany Andersen invites a System Analyst to work on a FinTech project.

The customer has been operating in Kazakhstan's financial market since 1992 and is represented by more than 130 branches across Kazakhstan. It offers its clients – both individuals and legal entities – a full range of banking services, including the opening and servicing of current accounts, payment cards, lending, deposits, and money transfers.

The project is focused on providing a range of credit optimization services for businesses, and individual entrepreneurs. The mobile application, available for both iOS and Android, and the web-based application offers services such as credit, online lending, microloans, and plans to add overdraft facilities.

Requirements

• Experience as a System Analyst for 3+ years.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and their differences.
• Ability to write basic SQL queries in databases (using joins, group, having, order, and other clauses).
• Ability to properly describe the developed functionality (using UML, BPMN, VISIO, etc.).
• Knowledge of system integration methods and approaches (through SOAP/REST web services, RabbitMQ, Kafka queues, APIs, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of the bank's primary information systems "ABS Colvir" (at the level of an experienced user, knowledge of tables and basic product and tariff settings is highly desirable).
• Basic knowledge of BPM/CRM and basic knowledge of banking accounting (at least at the level of a minimum set of accounting models and balance sheet classes).
• Experience using project management systems (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Level of English – from Elementary and above.
