The IT company Andersen invites an experienced Employee Central Consultant to work on a large-scale project for one of our customers based in France.
The customer is a consulting firm specializing in Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, particularly focusing on compensation management. With over 20 years of experience, the company has become an expert in interpreting complex business requirements and delivering value-based solutions. It is exploring the use of generative artificial intelligence to fully automate processes and ensure continuous improvement.
The project is the implementation of Employee Central (EC) in SuccessFactors (SF).
Responsibilities
- Gathering client requirements.
- Assisting with workbook documentation.
- Developing the Onboarding environment.
- Supporting a multi-iteration development timeline.
- Supporting data connections between recruitment to onboarding to their HRIS system.
Requirements
- Experience in relevant field for 2+ years.
- Experience in Onboarding 2.0.
- Experience in implementing EC in SF.
- Experience in developing software documentation.
- Experience of supporting data connections between recruitment to onboarding to their HRIS system.
- Deep knowledge in all techniques of requirements elicitation, experience in requirements management.
- Strong analytical skills to critically evaluate information from multiple sources.
- A solid understanding of human resources principles and processes.
- Good Communication skills.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
Desired skills
- Experience in EC S4HANA.
- Certification in Recruitment.
- Specialty in Onboarding 1.0.
- Experince with HCM.
