The IT company Andersen is currently in search of a Financial Director.
Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company providing a full cycle of services, following project management standards and best practices. Responsibilities
- Managing the company's financial sector and overseeing the work of accounting departments in countries of operation.
- Managing the company's financial flows.
- Organizing and controlling the budgeting process within the company.
- Tax planning for the company, including transfer pricing.
- Establishing management accounting processes.
- Preparing consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Conducting M&A transactions within the group.
- Automating division processes and collaborating with the 1C team.
- Participating in the company's market expansion processes.
Requirements
- Experience as a Chief Financial Officer or in a similar position for 3+ years.
- Higher education in a relevant field (finance, economics).
- Knowledge of IFRS.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations, experience in managing finances of foreign subsidiaries, and preparing consolidated group financial statements.
- Experience in automating accounting and financial processes.
- Strong managerial and presentation skills.
- Level of English - from Upper-Intermediate and above.
