Summary

The international IT сompany Andersen invites a progressive and energetic Executive Search Lead to take one of the key recruiting positions and become a true hunter in the search for executives of various levels.

Andersen is a European software development company providing a full cycle of services. For over 15 years, we have been building efficient digital solutions for customers worldwide, focusing on such areas as FinTech, Healthcare, and Media & Entertainment. Our customers are businesses like Siemens, Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca, BNP Paribas, Allianz, Ryanair, TUI, Verivox, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Defining the strategy for finding managers of Middle, Senior, and Executive levels in every country of the company’s presence;
  • Organizing the recruitment process and the process of preparing expert analytical market reviews (mappings, key player research, rating analysis) around the world (the CIS, Europe, the USA, etc.);
  • Developing a contact network and maintaining friendly relations with key experts;
  • Participating in international conferences and other specialized events;
  • Managing the projects aimed at advancing the area: tool automation, automation of market research at the request of the company's top management, etc.

Requirements

  • Experience in the executive search area and good knowledge of executive recruitment processes and tools;
  • Management skills and willingness to manage a team of 12 employees;
  • Ability to get along with various people, listen and hear, and build constructive dialogue and conversation management skills;
  • High level of independence and responsibility;
  • Level of spoken English – Upper-Intermediate and above.
