Summary

The international IT-company Andersen is looking for an Education Coordinator who will make efforts to develop the company while preserving its unique culture and atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

  • Organization and support of trainings, communication with trainers, creation of educational content;
  • Working with the Moodle platform (creating courses and tests for courses, processing videos for courses, and monitoring training and updating courses).

Requirements

  • Understanding the process of creating, constructing and filling training courses;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to structure and organize information;
  • Experienced PC user;
  • Responsibility, energy, initiative, teachability, willingness to work;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Experience with the Moodle platform;
  • Level of English – Pre-Intermediate.

Desired skills

  • Working experience as an administrator, coordinator, methodologist, supervisor.
