Full Stack Developer (Java+React) for an International Shipping Company

The project is the development of logistics products (logistics applications, cargo tracking, and order processing) for the customer’s internal and external clients.

The customer is an international shipping company that is among the world's top 20 carriers. It has a network of 170 branches in more than 100 countries, with a fleet of 70 ships, and serves more than 180 ports worldwide. The company owns 620,000 TEU containers of various types, and its annual turnover in 2018 was more than $3 billion.

Technology stack on the project: Java, Spring, React, Junit, Jasmin, Mockito, Protractor/Selenium, Spring Boot/Cloud, Kotlin.


  • Participating in the full software development cycle, writing tests and documentation, participating in SCRUM ceremonies.


  • Experience in commercial development in Java for 3+ years;
  • Experience with architecture and tools based on microservices (Spring Boot/Cloud);
  • Confident knowledge of and experience with React ;
  • Experience developing a reactive user interface (Reactive JS);
  • Experience in DevOps development and Jenkins (CI/CD principles, designing, developing and deploying cloud/hybrid solutions);
  • Knowledge of and experience with TDD/BDD in the following frameworks: Junit, Jasmin, Mockito, Protractor/Selenium;
  • Knowledge of API design;
  • Experience in Kotlin language development;
  • Experience in XP;
  • Level of English – from Intermediate.

  • Experience in Kotlin language development;
  • Experience in developing cloud solutions.
