Andersen, the IT company, is in search of a dynamic Editor for the RnD YouTube channel. We're seeking someone with a knack for creativity and innovation, someone who can spark engaging ideas and content.

Responsibilities
- Preparing interview questions.
- Analyzing and researching the speakers.
- Editing during the interview.
- Preparing the interviewer.
- Video editing (post-production).
- Preparing related materials for posting videos on YouTube and social networks of the company.
- Working with the content distribution marketing team.
- Analyzing interviews for improvements.
- Working on errors and with statistical data on interview viewability, etc.
Requirements
- Education in the field of journalism.
- Work experience as a journalist/editor.
- Understanding YouTube algorithms.
- Understanding how a video interview is filmed.
- Having a broad outlook.
- Ability to work in multitasking mode.
- Competent oral and written speech.
- Level of English - from Intermediate and above.
Desired skills
- Experience of working in YouTube channels specializing in materials from the fields of FinTech, Medicine, IT, Logistics, etc. (such as RBC, Probusiness, Forbes).
