.NET Developer (WPF)

Summary

Andersen, an international IT company, invites a .NET Developer (WPF) to work in the field of Marketing and Advertising.

The customer is a German company, part of one of the largest media agency networks in the world. The company is a global leader in marketing, communications and business transformation. It operates in over 100 countries, providing a vast network of resources and expertise to its clients. The company works with some of the world's largest and most well-known brands, including Heineken, L'Oréal, Renault, and Walmar.

The project is integration with third-party services, development of its own media platform. The company specialises in advertising, digital transformation, marketing, production, communications, consulting, media, technology, medical communications and PR and strategic communications.

Responsibilities

• Backend development of applications and services to optimize internal processes.
• Development and maintenance of WCF services in a complex service-orientated architecture, RESTful APIs, microservices, serverless functions.
• Desktop development with WPF / WinForms / WCF Service Oriented Architecture.
• Web development with React / TypeScript / RestAPIs.
• Close cooperation in agile teams (product manager, process manager, designer, architect, QA).
• Modernization of applications in modern architectures and technologies.

Requirements

• Experience with .NET for 3+ years.
• Knowledge of C# and experience with .NET Core.
• Experience in developing Desktop applications using WPF/XAML/WinForms.
• Web development experience.
• Knowledge and experience with RESTful API.
• Experience in writing Unit tests.
• English - from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

• Knowledge of JS Frameworks (React or Angular) and TypeScript.
• Experience with CI/CD (Continuous Integration & Delivery).
• Experience with Azure services (PaaS, DevOps).
• Knowledge of Cloud-Native Architectures (e.g. Serverless, Microservices, Event-Streaming).
