The IT company Andersen invites a CMS Delivery Manager to join its team.

We are looking for an expert with a background in development and strong technical expertise to lead our CMS direction. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of technology and business, creating effective solutions for our clients. You will analyze client needs, develop and present commercial proposals, and provide technical consultations, using your development experience to fully understand clients’ requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing the CMS strategy.
  • Analyzing client requests and developing optimal solutions.
  • Creating and presenting commercial proposals.
  • Consulting clients on CMS-related technical matters.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to build solutions that align with business goals.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Delivery Manager for 3+ years.
  • Development experience and a strong technical background: PHP, SQL, experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, and ideally Joomla, Typo3, or Magento).
  • Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with negotiation abilities.
  • Commercial mindset and experience building long-term client relationships.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and skills improvement.
