Responsibilities
- Creating and updating the project roadmap.
- Working with the team to organize processes and motivate the team.
- Sprint planning, backlog management, and prioritization.
- Conducting grooming sessions, retrospectives, and demos.
- Risk management.
- Setting up, adapting, and managing project processes from requirements gathering to technical support.
- Interacting with clients, negotiating, and managing timelines, risks, and customer business expectations.
- Regular communication with clients regarding development, strategies, and business goals.
Requirements
- Experience as a Project Manager for 3+ years.
- Hands-on knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and hybrid software development life cycle models (SDLC).
- Experience in project management using various methodologies.
- Excellent planning skills and the ability to quickly switch between projects without losing focus.
- Systematic thinking and the ability to find common ground with colleagues, partners, and customers.
- Self-confidence, excellent communication skills, flexibility, initiative, perseverance, and responsibility.
- Ability to multitask and stress resistance.
- Level of English – Intermediate+ and above.
Desired skills
- Technical background.
- Experience with domains – FinTech, Healthcare, Automotive.
