The IT company Andersen invites a Project Manager to work on a large-scale internal project.

The project is the development of an internal recruiting CRM system to optimize and improve recruitment processes in the company. This system combines tools to manage the entire recruiting cycle, from attracting candidates to integrating them into the team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating the work of developers, designers, and testers.
- Conducting regular meetings (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Motivating and supporting the team, resolving conflicts.
- Ensuring deadlines are met and monitoring adherence to the schedule.
- Ensuring the team follows Scrum principles and practices.
- Continuously improving development processes.
- Developing and implementing plans to minimize risks.
- Implementing practices to prevent the accumulation of technical debt.
- Preparing reports on progress, risks, and achievements.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure successful project implementation.
Requirements
- Experience as a Project Manager for 3+ years.
- Experience managing projects related to CRM systems development or similar products.
- Deep understanding of Scrum methodology and practical experience in its application.
- Experience with technical debt and its minimization.
- Knowledge of product thinking fundamentals and the ability to apply them in practice.
- Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
