Summary

Andersen, an international IT company, invites an experienced Java Developer to join its team on a project in the field of Information Technology and Services.

The customer is a company specializing in HR software development and implementation. The company was founded in 1977 in Germany. The company offers its customers solutions to optimize business processes, increase efficiency and motivation of employees, and comply with legal regulations. It has more than 500 employees and over 2000 customers from various industries and sectors, including public sector, industry, commerce, services and healthcare.

The project is the development of a Java-based web application in the field of HR (human resources, payroll management and organizational development).

Responsibilities

  • Developing backend solutions with Java and Spring Comprehensive knowledge of working with relational databases and integrating frontend and backend technologies.
  • Optimizing software architectures and implementing best practices for clean, maintainable code.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Java Developer for 3+ years.
  • Experience with Spring Framework 5/6, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA.
  • Knowledge of DB2 for i, PostgreSQL, MS Server.
  • Experience in database design, normalization, optimization, indexing, and database migrations (Liquibase, Flyway).
  • Ability to design RESTful APIs, work with JSON, OpenAPI/Swagger.
  • Experience in implementing security solutions using Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT-based authentication.
  • Skills in working with JUnit, Mockito, integration tests, TDD (Test-Driven Development).
  • Knowledge of Git, Maven, CI/CD with Jenkins, GitHub CI, Docker.
  • Level of German – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
