The IT company Andersen invites an experienced Salesforce Developer to join its team for working on a project in the field of Information Technology and Services.

The customer is a leading restaurant and payment tech provider in the MENA region, offering a comprehensive restaurant management ecosystem. This platform allows restaurateurs from 35 countries globally to efficiently control, streamline, and expand their operations from anywhere, at any time.

The project is a migration from Zendesk to Salesforce Service Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Migrating from Zendesk to Service Cloud.
• Configuring Salesforce Service Cloud to match the business processes and workflows.
• Performing a test migration in a sandbox environment to identify potential issues.
• Collaborating with senior management, customer service reps, and IT teams.

Requirements

• Experience as a Salesforce Developer for 3+ years.
• Experience with Salesforce Digital Engagement.
• Experience in Agile teams, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce innovations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of translating business needs into scalable solutions.
• Level of English – from Upper- Intermediate and above.
