AI/LLM Engineer

The IT company Andersen invites an AI/LLM Engineer to work on a large-scale internal project.

The project is an AI laboratory, in which we optimize internal processes by implementing AI solutions. One of the main directions is a corporate AI chatbot based on MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and using NLP models, including OpenAI GPT, Claude, LLaMA or their equivalents, for natural language processing (NLP), text generation, data vectorization, and semantic search.
• Deploying and supporting LLM (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral) and AI applications in the cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Creating and managing vector databases.
• Optimizing data search and classification.
• Building and integrating chatbots based on LLM.
• Configuring interaction logic and integration with external APIs.
• Designing, configuring, and optimizing relational and non-relational databases.

Requirements

• Experience in AI/Data Science or a related field for 1+ year.
• Experience with large language models (OpenAI GPT, LLaMA, or equivalents).
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, including their AI/ML services.
• Knowledge of information vectorization tools, such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or equivalents.
• Basic understanding of chatbot development using Dialogflow, Rasa, Bot Framework, or integrations via API.
• Basic knowledge of Python, including popular libraries (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, transformers, LangChain, FastAPI, Keras, or PyTorch).
• Understanding of relational (SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, ElasticSearch).
• Understanding or experience with REST and GraphQL APIs, including integrating AI models into business solutions.
• Understanding of LLM architecture, ability to tune and optimize models.
• Ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Good communication skills, adaptability.
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
