The international IT сompany Andersen, invites a responsible and organized Tender Manager with German language to join its team.

Responsibilities

  • Registering on tender platforms.
  • Searching for new and potential tenders.
  • Analysing requirements and verification of their compliance for participation in tenders.
  • Creating and controlling bid trackers.
  • Forming necessary documents for participation in tenders.
  • Participating in the preparation of commercial proposals.
  • Submission of documents for participation in tenders.
  • Communicating with customer representatives during workshops, meetings and to clarify issues.
  • Interacting with marketing and lead generation departments, finance, compliance, pre-sales department, delivery teams and sellers.
  • Fulfilling the sales plan in the volume of tenders.

Requirements

  • Experience of participation in tender procedures.
  • Focus on the result, attentiveness when dealing with a large amount of information and a large number of documents, and self-management skills.
  • Experience in analytical work.
  • Stress resistance, energy, communication skills, and intellectual growth.
  • Ability to negotiate and handle objections.
  • Level of German – from Intermediate+ and above.

Desired skills

  • Experience as a Tender Manager.
  • Knowledge of the IT field.
