Junior Business Analyst

Summary

Andersen, an international IT company, invites an experienced Business Analyst to work on a large-scale project for one of our customers from the UAE.

The customer is a premier boutique luxury real estate firm that specializes in connecting discerning clients with the most desirable homes. The firm meticulously selects brokers who have demonstrated exceptional success in the luxury market, positioning the company as a leader in the industry. The company's modern approach to marketing includes utilizing digital channels and producing high-end creative content.

The project is a cross-platform mobile app that provides AI recommendations on restaurants in Dubai and booking services.

Responsibilities

• Creating the Product Backlog, including user stories and required diagrams, for the development team.
• Supporting the team with business requirements related questions.
• Maintaining close and regular communication with stakeholders.
• Continuously providing UI/UX designers with screen requirements for mock-up creation.
• Assisting in the features prioritization and participating in planning sessions.

Requirements

• Commercial experience as a Business Analyst for 6+ months.
• Experience in preparing user stories and change management.
• Experience in developing software documentation.
• Strong analytical skills to critically evaluate information from multiple sources.
• Ability to modify a chosen approach in response to changing stakeholders, conditions, circumstances, and feedback.
• Experience in Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
• Knowledge of requirements management tools (at least Jira and Confluence).
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

• Experience with AI and eCommerce platforms/payments.
