The IT company Andersen invites a Technical Program Manager to join its team for working with a company from Oman.
This position requires on-site in the Muscat office, but we are also open to considering candidates from other countries for relocation.
The customer is a pioneering financial institution in the Sultanate of Oman. It aims to support the housing and construction sectors, contributing to the country's economic development. The bank focuses on achieving shareholder objectives and developing human capital through efficient banking operations and a motivating work environment. It actively supports Omani citizens by offering subsidized financing and reducing waiting list delays.
The project is to support the governance, strategic planning, and operational alignment of the Super App and broader housing ecosystem.
The project assumes a Sunday through Thursday work schedule.
Responsibilities
- Establishing governance frameworks and delivery protocols for the Ecosystem and Super App Program.
- Developing a monetization strategy with a detailed revenue-generation scope to maximize ROI.
- Creating and maintaining a Concept Design Paper for strategic planning and future enhancements. - Defining communication workflows and KPIs for stakeholder management and project tracking.
- Overseeing stakeholder engagement and coordination to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
- Experience as a Technical Program Manager for 12+ years.
- Program management - at least 2 programs (1+ mln USD).
- Experience in consulting / working in system integration company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
Desired skills
- Experience in building superapps, ecosystems or bank transformations.
- Experience of working in Mena region.
- Certificates - SAFE / PMP.
