Backend Developer (.NET) 12 - 21 SET

Summary

The IT company Andersen invites a Backend Developer (.NET) to work on a large-scale project for one of our Canadian partners.

The customer is a luxury travel technology and procurement company with industry-leading booking platforms that enhance the efficiency of travel professionals and maximize their revenue opportunities. The company handles over $1 billion in transactions annually and has a team of 2,200+ travel experts.

The project is an actual web platform (travel services industry) for clients in the North American market.

The position assumes 12 to 21 SET work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications using C# (ASP.NET) and Angular.
• Architecting efficient database solutions with MongoDB, SQL, GraphDB, and Redis.
• Optimizing application performance, scalability, and security.
• Leading technical discussions and contributing to system design decisions.
• Mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews.
• Implementing best practices in software development, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in backend development including C# and .NET for 5+ years.
• Experience with MS SQL Server.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud architectures.
• Proficiency in software design patterns and SOLID principles.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

• Experience in developing applications using .Net Forms.
• Knowledge of Dynatrace setup and configuration.
• Experience with ElasticSearch.
• Experience with MongoDB.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
