The IT company Andersen invites a Business Development Manager in the UK/Poland to join its team.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting commercial negotiations with representatives of customer companies.
  • Drawing up, preparing, presenting, and defending commercial proposals.
  • Expanding the contact network and actively networking with the current customers to develop business relationships.
  • Cooperating with the team to find new potential customers and participating in the creation of marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales.
  • Experience in searching for new customers and markets.
  • Communication and negotiation skills with C-Level people.
  • Systematic thinking, clear presentation of ideas, competent speech.
  • Interpersonal skills, stress resistance, proactivity.
  • Level of English – Native.

Desired skills

  • Knowledge of the IT industry and an understanding of the underlying processes.
