Andersen, an international IT сompany, invites a Full Stack QA Engineer (Java) to work on a project in the field of FinTech for one of our German customers.
The customer is a world leader in insurance and B2B2C support, which offers global solutions that span international health and life insurance, travel insurance, cars, and their service. The company is dedicated to delivering world-class, agile, and sustainable IT solutions, driving full-spectrum digitalization.
The project is a customer portal that allows to create insurance claims if an insurance case takes place.
Responsibilities
- Providing technical support and assistance to users of the test automation platform regarding technical issues, troubleshooting and usage questions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers and DevOps engineers, to resolve user issues and ensure timely and effective resolution within the agreed SLAs.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of the test automation platform, its features, and updates to provide accurate and comprehensive assistance to users.
- Manually testing and approving newly developed features and
- Developing and maintaining integration and E2E tests in our Selenium-based test automation framework.
- Creating and executing automated test scripts (UI and API) to validate software functionalities, performance and reliability.
- Participating in the review and analysis of requirements and design documents to ensure testability and provide proactive feedback.
- Collaborating with the Test Automation Platform Team developers and product owners to identify areas for automation and continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- Commercial experience as a QA Automation Engineer using Java for 2+ years.
- Experience with Jenkins for 1+ year.
- Strong experience in Automated API Testing and Automated GUI Testing.
- Experience with Playwright.
- Solid understanding of functional, non-functional, and cross-platform testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium for UI test automation.
- Experience with Rest Assured and TestNG frameworks.
- Commercial experience using Postman for API testing.
- Experience working with SOAP UI and testing SOAP services.
- Commercial experience with SQuirrel SQL or alternatives.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
Desired skills
- Working knowledge of Jackson.
- Understanding of Kafka.
