Responsibilities

• Participating in pre-sales discussions with potential clients to shape digital marketing solutions and proposals.
• Leading and delivering full-cycle marketing projects (SEO, PPC, analytics, CRO, etc.) for international clients.
• Owning the strategic direction and execution of campaigns in line with client goals and KPIs.
• Direct communication with clients through calls, presentations, and reporting sessions.
• Coordinating and overseeing small marketing teams (copywriters, analysts, media buyers, etc.).
• Conducting audits, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring high-quality implementation across all channels.
• Keeping up with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing and proactively suggesting improvements.

Requirements

• Practical expertise in SEO or PPC.
• Сommercial experience in digital or performance marketing agencies for 5+ years.
• Proven leadership of marketing teams and collaboration with freelancers.
• Full-cycle project execution with adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
• Successful performance marketing experience across various industries.
• Proficient in key tools: Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and similar platforms.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with strong leadership potential.
• Level of English - from Upper-Intermediate+ level or above.
