The IT company Andersen invites a FullStack Marketing Lead to join its team.

Responsibilities
- Participating in pre-sales discussions with potential clients to shape digital marketing solutions and proposals.
- Leading and delivering full-cycle marketing projects (SEO, PPC, analytics, CRO, etc.) for international clients.
- Owning the strategic direction and execution of campaigns in line with client goals and KPIs.
- Direct communication with clients through calls, presentations, and reporting sessions.
- Coordinating and overseeing small marketing teams (copywriters, analysts, media buyers, etc.).
- Conducting audits, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring high-quality implementation across all channels.
- Keeping up with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing and proactively suggesting improvements.
Requirements
- Practical expertise in SEO or PPC.
- Сommercial experience in digital or performance marketing agencies for 5+ years.
- Proven leadership of marketing teams and collaboration with freelancers.
- Full-cycle project execution with adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Successful performance marketing experience across various industries.
- Proficient in key tools: Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and similar platforms.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented with strong leadership potential.
- Level of English - from Upper-Intermediate+ level or above.
