The IT company Andersen invites a Sales Manager in Azerbaijan to join its team.

Responsibilities

  • Expanding the network of contacts and actively networking to find and attract new clients, as well as developing relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborating with the team and key client stakeholders to identify potential business issues and propose solutions, developing and implementing business processes for client engagement.
  • Re-engaging clients for continued collaboration.
  • Business trips for client meetings.
  • Conducting commercial negotiations with top executives of client companies.
  • Actively resolving current client issues and problems.
  • Conducting pre-sales activities, developing and presenting solutions to support the project development plan and strategy, and monitoring their results.
  • Participating in exhibitions and conferences.
  • Personal meetings, organizing and conducting presentations, delegating and organizing processes between company departments to implement the strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience in active sales (using diverse search channels) for 5+ years.
  • Experience in teamwork/interaction with related departments to promote and sell products/services.
  • Experience in searching for new customers and markets.
  • A result-oriented person with a high level of self-organization.
  • Creativity, the ability to handle stress, high energy, communicative skills, and intellectual advancement.
  • Level of spoken English – Upper-Intermediate (knowledge of an additional language is nice to have).
