The customer is a company specializing in high-performance digital solutions. It offers services such as full-stack development, speed optimization, AI strategy, and composable commerce. The project delivers high-performance web solutions with a focus on measurable business impact. It involves building or modernizing frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks, improving SEO and Core Web Vitals, and integrating sleek, responsive presentation layers into existing systems.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing GA4/Adobe Analytics data to assess YoY performance trends, traffic behavior, and conversion funnels.
- Identifying user friction and drop-off points using qualitative and quantitative data.
- Interpreting technical and UX audit outputs (e.g., page speed, errors, broken elements) to assess their impact on conversions.
- Reviewing performance marketing and acquisition channels for potential issues in traffic quality or targeting.
- Conducting comparative analysis with industry benchmarks and competitors, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to rapidly validate hypotheses and present actionable insights.
- Creating concise, data-backed reports to support executive decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience in product management for 3+ years.
- Proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) for eCommerce platforms.
- Experience with UX audits, A/B testing tools, and technical performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce customer journeys, sales funnels, and digital product metrics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
Desired skills
- Advanced knowledge of GA4 and/or Adobe Analytics.
- Familiarity with Salesforce B2C Commerce (SFRA).
- Experience working in retail and digital omni-channel product experience.
- Exposure to tools like Hotjar, FullStory, Contentsquare, Google Optimize, etc.
- Background in performance marketing or traffic quality evaluation.
