Andersen seeks a Junior Frontend Developer (Angular) in Krakow, Poland for a major project with an Austrian global insurance leader. The role involves developing a B2B web portal with enhanced usability and mobile optimization.
The customer is a global B2B2C insurance and assistance leader offering global solutions that span international health and life insurance, travel insurance, automotive and maintenance. The company offers high-tech products and solutions that go beyond traditional insurance and are easily integrated into partners' businesses or sold directly to clients through the company's brands.
The project is a B2B web-based portal designed for travel agents and insurance brokers. It provides a comprehensive suite of features including access management, quoting, product selection, purchasing, and policy administration.
Responsibilities
- Participating as a member of an agile Scrum team.
- Supporting the Angular migration project, using NGXS store, standalone components, and reactive forms with dynamic configuration.
- Following domain/feature-based code separation principles.
- Developing a modern Angular-based frontend for a globally used business application.
- Writing and maintaining unit tests.
- Performing code reviews and participating in refactoring activities.
Requirements
- Technical education in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in frontend development with Angular and RxJS, for 6+ months.
- Understanding of software architectural and design patterns.
- Ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
- Strong motivation and ability to work independently.
- Ownership mindset and a proactive approach to development tasks.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
