The IT company Andersen invites a UX/UI Designer in India to work on a large-scale internal projects.

The project is the development of a CRM system that optimizes business processes related to marketing and customer service improvement. The functions of the system include collecting, analyzing and storing information about customers and their enquiries, as well as notifying employees about the current customer service process.
Responsibilities
- Taking responsibility for scoping and planning UX projects.
- Developing and presenting documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes, interactive prototypes, personas and other research artifacts.
- Creating and maintaining usability documentation.
- Ensuring that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work.
- Communicating regularly with the agile development team through development sprints.
- Translating concepts into wireframes, prototypes and user flows.
Requirements
- Experience as a UX/UI Designer for 3+ years.
- Deep knowledge of modern UI/UX design processes and human centred design principles.
- Understanding of UX principles, personas, usability.
- Good communication skills and ownership of identifying design steps from goals and vision.
- Empathy, ability to connect with people and ensure that their needs come first.
- Experience in an Agile-environment.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
