Summary

The IT-company Andersen invites an experienced System Analyst in Almaty to join a project for a major commercial bank in Kazakhstan, which serves over 100,000 legal entities and 1.5 million individuals across the country. The project involves developing a mobile loyalty partner program using Flutter, aimed at enhancing customer engagement through a unified management interface, integrated analytics, and gamification elements, with plans for continuous feature expansion.

The customer is one of the leading commercial banks in Kazakhstan. The bank's main areas of activity are corporate and retail banking. It also actively participates in the securities market and currency operations in Kazakhstan. The customer has its network of branches and offices throughout the Republic, serving more than 100,000 legal entities and 1.5 million individuals.

The project focuses on developing a mobile loyalty partner program using Flutter, with plans for ongoing feature enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Developing technical requirements for the development team.
  • Analyzing information systems and technological solutions.
  • Performing system analysis of business requirements and setting tasks for the development team.

Requirements

  • Experience as a System Analyst for 3+ years.
  • Experience working on banking/fintech projects with mobile applications.
  • Experience in implementing loyalty and bonus programs.
  • Understanding of multi-layered architecture in banking systems: front-end, middleware, back-end, DWH.
  • Skills in decomposing monolithic solutions and designing microservices.
  • Ability to transform business requirements into system requirements (FR/NFR).
  • Experience in writing integration specifications and API contracts (REST, gRPC, SOAP).
  • Knowledge of principles for building an integration layer (ESB, message broker, event bus)
  • Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
