Summary

Andersen is hiring an Implementation Lead in the EU for a project with a U.S. consulting firm. The role focuses on implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors to streamline global HR processes and ensure compliance across multiple industries.

The customer is a highly specialized consulting provider focused on delivering end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solutions. With a strong track record of over 600 global projects, they support organizations in optimizing human capital management processes. Their services span implementation, process improvement, and post-deployment support, with deep expertise in compensation, performance, and talent management modules.

The project is centered on the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors, a cloud-based HCM suite used by medium to large international companies to manage core HR functions. The focus is on enabling global HR operations, ensuring compliance, and streamlining processes across diverse industries such as manufacturing, retail, finance, and healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Leading end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, from scoping and planning to execution and post-implementation support.
  • Project managing a team of configuration consultants and specialists, ensuring project goals are met, and resources are effectively utilized.
  • Scheduling resources ahead of time according to the project resource plan.
  • Assisting the Service Director in developing a resource plan for each project.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and requirements for implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Conducting thorough analysis of client requirements and proposing solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Collaborating with the Service Director, Service Manager, Solution Architect to ensure the best possible solution is offered to clients.
  • Creating comprehensive specifications and documentation for the implementation process, including functional and technical specifications, system configuration and customizations.
  • Coordinating the unit testing of the solution prior to delivering to clients to ensure the quality and accuracy of implemented tools and modules.
  • Coordinating training and support for clients on the effective use of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues that may arise during the implementation process, escalating to appropriate teams if necessary.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, other implementation leads and other consultants, to ensure successful implementation and integration of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Staying updated with the latest trends and developments in SAP SuccessFactors and HR technology to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Requirements

  • Experience in SAP development for 2+ years.
  • Certification in applicable SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Proven experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules in complex organizational environments.
  • Strong knowledge of one or more of the following SAP SuccessFactors modules: Performance and Goals Management, Succession Planning.
  • Proficiency in creating specifications, test plans and technical documentation.
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

  • Relevant subject matter certifications helpful (CCP, PMP, SPHR, etc.).
