Summary

Andersen is hiring an experienced Support Engineer (Azure) to work on a project in the field of Information Technology and Services.

The customer is a U.K.-based company founded in 2003. It is a cloud service provider that helps customers innovate and transform through Google Cloud. The company has extensive experience in cloud technology and delivers through data and artificial intelligence, as well as application and workspace modernization.

The project is implementing cloud infrastructure with a focus on automation, access control, security, and compliance with corporate policies.

Responsibilities

  • Providing technical support to managed services customers by responding to questions and resolving incoming support tickets.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues across Microsoft platforms, including Azure infrastructure, Intune, M365 services, Windows OS, and identity systems.
  • Using administrative portals such as Intune, Azure, and M365 to diagnose and fix configuration or access-related problems.
  • Handling escalated incidents by working independently on complex cases passed on from first-line support.
  • Documenting troubleshooting steps and solutions while maintaining accurate internal records and customer-facing updates.
  • Collaborating with internal support teams to ensure timely resolution and consistent customer service.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Support Engineer or in a similar role for 3+ years.
  • Experience deploying and managing Azure resources (VMs, storage, networking etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune including app packaging, configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server and Windows 10/11.
  • Experience with both Microsoft Entra and Microsoft Active Directory identity providers focusing on end user support.
  • Experience managing and supporting the M365 collaboration suite (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and Exchange) including Teams calling and familiar with their respective administrative portals.
  • Ability to handle escalated support tickets from first line and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
